Hi all,
I have bought a Berlingo 1999 DW8 for work but, the pump recently starts to leak. How to replace the whole pump?
If yes what are the instructions for it.

There is a leak somewhere but, not really visible where it comes from.

If you want a pump fitting guide, I'll need your VIN for the Berlingo.

19206L was for a new one and 1921F1 was the part for an exchange one.

How did you set the timing? Not sure on a DW8, but you usually need a dial gauge. Not enough advance usually results in lack of power and quiet running. If you don't have the dial guage you could just try advancing it a bit by rotating the pump (towards the engine I think) to see if that improves it.

On the VE pump you need a dial guage on the Lucas the dial hole is blanked off.RichardW wrote: 03 Dec 2019, 10:56 How did you set the timing? Not sure on a DW8, but you usually need a dial gauge.
