I need to replace the driver's door glass on my 2010 Citroen Relay Enterprise.
I wondered if anyone knows of an instructional video which covers this?
I have removed the door trim and can see the electric motor for the window but can't see how to remove the glass.
I would be grateful for any information.
Thank you.
Benita

Re: Drivers door window
Post your VIN up for me and I'll see what I have, as there are numerous body types and configurations of these vans.

Re: Drivers door window
There's the window and the fixed glass.
If it's (1), the window, then the right hand side is part: 9202N6 and the left side 9201N6

Re: Drivers door window
Hi Marc
Thank you for the instruction sheet.
Unfortunately it doesn't explain any procedure to replace the glass.
Thanks anyway

Re: Drivers door window
You may need to look at the procedure to replace the window winder mechanism, as i guess this may show some more detail.
My guess is that the winder mechanism needs to be disconnected from the glass itself so may give clearer details, but i think the glass itself will need to be removed/replaced at an angle and then fed into the window channels

Re: Drivers door window
I almost forgot! I'll put up a procedure shortly... Edit: won't be shortly, as the whole door needs to be stripped to get to the winder mechanism, so will probably be tomorrow now as I won't have time to do it this evening.

Re: Drivers door window
This is part of the door stripping routine - at least enough to get the window out.
Door Stripping
This should be enough for you to get in and remove the window.

| Unclip the door opening control handle (5) finisher (4). Remove:
| Detach the electric window control (7) (following "b"). |

| Unclip and remove the speaker grille (9). |
| Remove the bolts (10). Detach the speaker (11). Disconnect the connector (at "d"). Remove the speaker (11). | Unclip: The armrest upper trim (12) (at "e") (following the arrow ). Remove: The armrest upper trim (12). |

Re: Drivers door window
Thanks Marc
I will give that a try when I can.
Unfortunately it might not be for a while as I have to go into hospital for an operation.
But thanks anyway

Re: Drivers door window
Hello again, had the op and back home.
Thanks for the info Marc, as it turns out I don't need it.
I had ordered a secondhand door to replace the damaged driver's door.
I was told it was "bare", no glass etc etc.
When it came it had the glass plus lots of other bits but no trim.
I can reuse my old trim but a lot of the plastic fasteners/buttons? are useless.
Can anyone suggest a source of supply other than Citroen agents?
Thanks again to you all for all your input.

Re: Drivers door window
Lucky with that "bare" door. When I bought one they wouldn't sell me a complete door - & I really wanted a good window regulator - so I had to wait while they stripped it.
What I never understood was that all the bits were just thrown in the back of another van in the yard.
