Give it a bit of time, there will be somebody who has replaced them (or knows how to replace them) replying at some time. I cannot help you, as I have no experience of the Bipper.

Re: Bipper heater controls bulbs
There'll probably be a bulb holder at the back of the unit, necessitating part of the central dash trim removal to get at the mounting screws of the heater unit.
Pop up your VIN and I’ll take a look.

Re: Bipper heater controls bulbs
Ok, so this is the unit you have - although there are no obvious indications of a bulb from the pictures below - these do have some form of lighting - so you may need to examine or unclip the black cover to see if they are inside.
Here is part of the fascia removal procedure to get the panel off - but be careful, as there are manual cables attached to the dials that operate the heater controls.
So good luck with finding the bulbs - and if you do, an update would be great to show the type they are.
| Unclip the dashboard vents. Unclip the plate (1). Disconnect the connector ( as "a"). Remove ye plate (1). | Unclip the centre panel control pad (4). Disconnect the connector ( as "b"). Remove:
|
| Remove the bolts (5). | Unclip - Remove the fascia panel upper trim (6). Remove bolts (7). |
| Unclip the gear lever gaiter (9). Remove the gear lever (8) base trim. | Unclip - Remove the fascia left-hand lower trim (10) ( as "c"). Remove the bolts (11). N.B. : Symmetrical operations. |
Remove:
| Remove the bolts (15). Detach the air conditioning panel (14). |
