If you mean Xsara? If you have one of the older models with a push button coded panel then you'll have to get the code from Citroen. You'll need your confidential code card and some proof of ownership and ID I suspect.

Re: Getting my immobilizer code
If it is a keypad immobiliser then the code is set by the user and not known by Citroen.
There are diagnostic boxes (not Lexia or Diagbox) which can read the code from the keypad, pump or ECU, but it is also possible to change the EEROM chip for one with a known code.

What is your VIN, it won't be a Xsara on a 58 plate. nor will it have a keypad immobiliser!

Xsara Picasso I suspect...

None of the Xsara Picasso’s had immobiliser key pads either. If you don’t know what you have we’ll need a VIN

Where will I find the vin?
Do I have to get the code from the main dealer?

Re: Getting my immobilizer code
Your VIN is in the lower outside corner of the left hand side of the windscreen in a little cut out. Either that or pop your registration here - I can get it form that.
