LIMP MODE 07 1.6HDI BERLINGO VAN
My Berlingo van goes into limp mode as soon as I hit 60~65mph.
I’ve had the turbo and injectors changed.
Can anyone solve this problem.
Thanks.

Re: LIMP MODE 07 1.6HDI BERLINGO VAN
Can you advise us of your VIN, as that will help identify the exact engine and equipment fitted.
In the meanwhile, indicative codes are:
I would check they connected all the solenoid vacuum hoses back up properly when the turbo was changed - and to the air doser. These and the EGR valve issues would possibly point to the vacuum circuit that supplies all these.
In the meanwhile, indicative codes are:
Code | Fault |
P2111 | Mixer butterfly position copy signal : Butterfly stuck during post operation |
P0409 | EGR electric valve 1 (rear) position fault : Poor contact |
P1351 | Pre-heating relay circuit : Relay controlled and plugs never supplied |
P1351 | Fault on the pre-postheating relay circuit : Relay controlled / plugs not controlled |
P0234 | Boost pressure regulation : Air pressure above the reference value |
P0234 | Turbo pressure regulation : Pressure higher than the reference value |
P0234 | Turbo pressure signal fault : Turbo pressure measured too high / Turbocharger pressure reference value |

Only the turbo is vac on this engine. P0240 will be causing limp. On a 110 it could be the solenoid, vent filter, or turbo vanes, not sure about the 90s

This is the BERLINGO VU (M59) SHORT VAN '600' 1.6 HDi 75 Manual gearbox 5
So the HDI 75 engine.
You didn't mention code P0240?
So here's the Turbo Vacuum circuit to check - part 1 is the solenoid:

Soon as I hit 60mph or over 3k revs it looses power new injectors and new turbo checked the vaines clear so going to change the solonoid and see if that's helps
