Leaky fuel, Xantia

Hello. Fred has been getting harder to start. Whilst looking around at leak off pipes, primed the fuel and found both the fuel filter drain leaking and a strange white plastic bung on the left of the the fuel filter housing leaking. Only leaks when priming, and the car then starts well.

Can I get seals or new drain screws?

Ok maybe that worked. Taken from above the fuel filter housing, the leaky bit looks like a plastic bung. Shown in the pic, centre but low down, with the orange seal pointing to it. The bung has 2 little arrows on each end. Looks like the bung is where the fuel pipe goes into the filter housing.
