Citroen C5 Hdi Estate 2010, Pollen Filter Location

Post by Bassrock »

Ok lads an lassies,

Have a 2010 C5 HDI 2.0 Estate, going to change pollen filter tomorrow.

Now,

Anyone know where the pollen filter hides on this one ? :?

I knew where it hid on a 51 and 54 plate, passenger side, centre console remove panel, doddle.

Maybe be glad it's not a LHD.. https://mega.co.nz/#!Ao1FHZCY!BEGvoWgbR ... VB995-eFvc" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

My Mk1 is a pain to get to since it's LHD :)

Thank you Richard and Ben,

Cheers.....

Looks like i'll need to get the small fingered (non swearing) contortionist in, trouble is, nil stock of those.

Oh joy......

It's quite easy even on LHD.

It is awkward but not too bad. I took about five minutes but never rush anything.

Hi all,

Just succeeded in putting new filter in, 95% seems to go in easily enough after bending the sodding thing to gat back in (and out!).
The other 5% was a push at the end (seemed a bit crushed up, especially at top by about 10mm), hopefully it will be fine after a few rattling miles..

Thanks again for all your help.

Not the easiest one to get in and I am not sure after all this bending and pushing if it isn't crushed up. I guess I will find out if I have to clean the dust every day ;-)
