Re: fuse
i have just looked all through the fuse tables in my daughters Pisssscasoooo hand manual, which was a 2002 car
and it dose not mention a fuse for the screen washers,
although it does say fuse No. B 25A is for the wipers,
this fuse is in the under dash fuse box,
most cars i have worked on the washers are on the same fuse as the wipers,
there is a fuse box under the dash behind the small pocket by the drivers right knee, ( UK RHD cars )
grab and pull/yank the pocket outwards and it will come away,

Re: fuse
On Poxhalls the screen wash is on the same fuse as the boot lock motor. I know the Astra estate does this, and (maybe) Peugeot vans.

Re: fuse
I recently had a good result on one of those switch stalks by spraying maintenance spray into the base of the stalk while working the stalk around.

You might want to try using a proper contact cleaner like these;

Re: fuse
This is still quite a bit over my head so someone might be able to read this better than me:

But it looks like F14 in the connection board/fusebox under the bonnet seems related, whether I'm correct or not is another matter

Re: fuse
it would help to see the txt/ component list with that circuit diagram Ben
it might be a good point to start at the pump plug connector to see if any power is getting there
