Can anyone tell me, would the front exhaust and cat section be the same between 110 and 90's?

Nope.

90 bhp is the same size as the Older XUD TD exhaust.. The 110 is larger so they are not compatible..

It should do.. DISCLAIMER:I do NOT want to be held responsible for the discovery that the TD pipe wont fit a HDi. (To cover my back) However - I did fit a NON Cat TD pipe to an X Plate HDi 90 a few years ago..

Thanks very much, turns out I need the whole system as the rear end broke today! Luckily the mid section is resting on the rear roll bar so I have been driving it as usual ghetto style :)

Is the cat section ok? I believe you can get a repair pipe to fit, and this MIGHT be one;

Hi mate
Thanks for the info, tbh I think I will just replace the whole lot with a new system as I reckon you get the whole lot from the mani back bought and fitted for £200? It's done then, I already spent £400 on it in Feb at MOT time and to be fair, even though it's a bit tatty it's everything I need from a car and more with a busy life and a family etc, I love it :)

If you are capable of swapping the bits yourself, take a look at carparts4less. You can get a cat and backbox for about £100, although you will need the clamps, gasket, mounts etc.

This be the one I think, I'd buy it if you could buy directly from the website! Had a couple of bosal systems on my BMW E30's over the years, great quality items IMO
