C5 heater blower

Hi my 02 c5 heater blower ain't working sometimes it works on full but most of time it doesn't work it's the a/c model not digital changed the resistor no change help!!

If its the same as the one in the XM its likely that the speed regulator transistors have failed.

If this happens would it be on full or not at all have changed the resistor already

If it has resistors its not the same motor the XM one has transistors and failure gives a variety of faults, running flat out is one of them if the transistors go short circuit but they can also go intermittent causing erratic speed control.

Resistor transistor dunno it's green in passenger footwell

Sounds different, the transistors are soldered onto a board actually in the motor assembly. I haven't had a problem with mine yet so not looked.

C5 Heater resistor is on the leht hand side of the drivers side foot well you can see it if you remove the trim below the steering coloum and look left it has 2 small connectors.

Is this not where the climate control model is found mine has just the a/c
