1991 Xantia???? they didn't sell them then...in the UK at least

Are you wanting to put Your 199(1!) LHM Pump on his 1994 car...

Is a possible NO.. As 1992 Xantias used a different Pump to later cars...

It was around 1993 they changed from a Suspension Sinker System like the BX, to an Anti Sink System, with PAS driven directly from the Pump, and NOT the flow divider...

If you have NOT broken your cam, you could get away with putting another Cam shaft in your Xantia...

Hi Paul

the cam is not snapped/broken, engine had run low on oil and the cam has siezed and is now grooved and one of the cam bearings has cracked so I am guessing the pistons/valves are damaged,is it worth repairing???

this other vehicle has leather interior not seen that before but I'm no expert and they said it was a 1991, maybe a special? it is France you know :) and the hydraulic pump is not working, it's about one and half hours from me, I'll post a picture in a minute

You will need to check the Pumps (I assume you mean suspension pumps) between the two cars... The 199(1?) car will have ONLY two pipes going to it, One Metal, one Rubber... and yurs being later should have Three... One Rubber, and Two meatal ones each side of the rubber pipe..

If this is cae case then they will NOT swap over, and you CANNOT simply block the second outlet....

One big problem with the 1991 one.

Steering wheel is on the wrong side...

Still, if nothing else, if the one with the broken engine is in better nick it can donate an engine to the cause...

Manual leather seats too, never seen those before 8-) I always thought they were stuff of legend...
