How do I replace this rubber thing?
Can someone tell me how to replace this rubber thing please....(if it is possible that is). I assume it is there to prevent "bottoming out", don't know what it is called.

That is a "butée élastique" or bump stop. P/N 0000516655
I remember noting yours were a little past their best - mine are not in good shape either!
General remedy in such cases is to buy the newies and then eyeball them to work out how best to remove/replace. In this case, they appear from the images to just wiggle in from below.
They are $94.22 each here (should that be ouch?), or $120 posted per pair, from a European supplier. One of the chaps here might be able to get them cheaper ex-UK, as my German contacts charge like wounded bulls for postage on small items.

That sounds the go; "Royal Mail Small Parcel" is the tagline for affordable postage.
I use PayPal a lot to send small sums of money overseas - seems the easiest way at present, although I hate the company with passion.
Will be in touch about the heater bit; just haven't downloaded my photos to help explain its installation as camera went flat.
