Redrill your car for five stud, like an XM. Then you can run C6 wheels.

I've got chavvy 17×7s on the 605; it came like that and really hurts the insurance for no perceptible gain... Can't wait to put some OEM wheels on.

They are 16" steels with trims from a C4 Picasso, yep.

Tyre size on those should be 215.55.16 but they look slightly lower porfile perhaps.

Im trying to find a set of 16" Citroen wheel trims to cover up the steels ill be getting winter tyres for, but so far cant find any for less than £70.

I do wonder if the Activa would look good on Coupé rims. Might try it sometime.

Plenty of nice C5 wheels, both 15" and 16", available. They bolt straight on.

Toby, are there different sizes of the same style Coupe wheels?

I saw a 406 saloon (taxi actually) wearing Coupe wheels, they seemed to sit very nicely in the arches, it looked good.

No need. C4 VTR Rims are 4 stud, and more common.

Chris, there are two different sizes.

205/50R15 and 215/55R16

Also there were 4 different wheel designs but I was talking about the 'Starfish' design which mine has. Only issue may be offsets as the wheels need to clear the Brembo calipers fitted to the V6s. Not entirely sure of the offsets on the Coupe or the Activa are really.

D9 406 Coupé: 12-15 offset (latter only on 15" steels)
D9 406 sedan: 18-20 offset (basically dependant on 6J or 6½J rim width)

Activa Series II: 15 offset (Le Castellet wheel is 8mm, being a 5½J rim)

215/55/16 will a larger radius than the standard tyres that a Xantia came with are wider than the standard Xantia tyre too. The biggest standard tyre on the Xantia would appear to be 205/60/15 so 205/55/16 would be closer but it's radius is bigger too!

215/50/16 is very close for rolling radius but again, it's wider and may rub when you're cornering with the car fully loaded!

245x45x18 I think you may have to flare the wheel arches a bit
