Does the Xantia 2.0 CT have a different spark plug than the 2.0 recommended 0.7mm

.7mm is too small, 1mm is about right if all the other components are working fine, you want a gap as big as possible without it blowing out on boost or misfiring. I never used to run .7mm on the Maestro and that had a dizzy based ignition system and conventional coil, the Xantia has much more ignition power so use it!

Whatever they come out the box gapped as these days, I don't think plugs have needed gapping for many years unless you're using some crazy state of tune. I've never had an issue.HansNOR wrote:So what do you guys run ?

I'm with you there Benc5 just out the box and into the engine. I did that with the 205 and the 107. Can't remember if I changed them on the Megane.
