406 est (s reg) anti roll bar links, HELP

Post by biggee2003 »

Hi first time poster here, i have tried searching to no avail.
knocking happening in front when i go over bumps. i have come to the conclusion that it is likely to be front anti roll bar links.
My question is....
How difficult are they to replace? can i do this if the cat is parked on the road? Is it as simple as unding the two bolts removal and replacement[?]
Thanks in advance,
Nick.

Hi
Yes it is just a bolt at each end of the link, Im not sure if its possible with the wheel still on the car though.
A simple job for once on a Peugeot.

If it's the same as doing it on the 306 I would say that the wheel would need to come off to give you the space to work with.
