must be a common problem on 3 door zxs.my last 2 volcanes have had the same problem along with my newest arrival.anyone have a common fix for this ? ALSO rear end RATTLE!!!! as on previous cars THE PARCEL SHELF!! its doing my bloody head in!!!have placed double sided sticky pads (used to mount number plates) to contacting areas,still no joy!!!

If it's what I think it is. The catches that pull the window onto the seal may have streched over time. Two ways to sort, 1) replace seal with new as this will be thicker and give the catch more to pull against, 2) if you can adjust the catch tighten it up slightly. I think they ain't adjustable so go for seal change. Most good motor factors sell widow seal off the roll.

If you're not fussed about the shelf going up and down, then use self adhesive velcro and stick it in place. You might have to sew it on to the shelf if it has narrow edges, but you should be able to stick it to the plastic supports, just remove any silicone dressing first.

funny the seals on mine drip water when washing it, but not enough to worry
