To back up the above, I recall "Berlingo people" needing to activate in two places as well, also maybe early C5 Mk1's needing a double tick.......... if my memory is working !

Although a different car and set-up compared to your Peugeot it might be useful to give you my experience with installing cruise control in my 2003 Pluriel a while back. This isn’t the type with the stalk but the one with the buttons on the steering wheel. When I completed installing a secondes hand steeringwheel with the cruise control buttons in it I actived the cruise control option in both the injection ecu and the bsi. I could see all the buttons working in Lexia but cruise control didn’t work. No matter what I tried it just wouldn’t like work. In the end it turned out to be a setting in Lexia somewhere where the bsi was set to absent or something like that. Switching that to ‘present’ got me working cruise control! No idea why it was configured to have no bsi, didn’t seem to make any difference in how the car works

We looked in the Engine ECU Mike but could see no reference to cruise control anywhere unless it was hiding in plain sight. And you know how good things are for hiding in plain sight from me! I'm of the belief, having seen it somewhere else I cannot find now, that the cruise stalk also needs to be one without the cruise/limit selection rotary switch?

One good thing was we could 'see' both clutch and brake switches in the BSI and working as expected.

One complication is that PP2000 offers two potential engine ECUs for Zel's, even though PP2000 reads the VIN correctly across the CAN Bus...

When I'm back and the dust has settled we'll arrange something to take another look at it and see if we can find a hidden second option we needed to tick somewhere.

Found a friend in the hotel car park! Was originally parked a couple of rows across from me, but I came back to the car to grab the last couple of things a couple of hours later to find it next to mine. I find this being coincidence unlikely!

Observation from this year so far: We need a bigger venue! Which is a problem as there really isn't one short of hiring out a bit of the SECC itself...and that's kinda pricey. Though apparently the convention staff are looking into it for next year as we're just chronically short of square footage for some of the medium to large traffic events.

Had what has become our annual Drums 'n' Roses concert yesterday evening. I think my brain has just about stopped vibrating in my skull now.

We are deeeeeefinitely are having capacity issues this year. Not surprising really given that we have totally filled the hotel. Yes, this one.



When I say full, I don't mean just "we have the hotel to ourselves" I do actually mean totally completely filled to capacity.

Plus there's a good few hundred attendees staying in other hotels in the immediate vicinity as well.

Which in three years moving in from a relatively tiny little two floor place over in Livingston is quite the feat. Though we knew as far back as 2017 that the venue and lack of availability of overflow space around it was constraining the growth of the event.

Actual figures for this year haven't been published yet, but I'll be astonished is it's below 1,200. Given we had 152 (if memory serves) when we started going in 2015, and I think it was in the middle 50s when we caught a bit of the tail end of the event back in 2013 when they were still based in Inverness, that's not bad going.

Taking it fairly easy this afternoon as the main dance party is on this evening and I'll likely be both going slightly deaf and to be staying up unreasonably late as a result. I always say that I will just enjoy the music and won't be dancing as I can't to save my life, however without fail I seem to wind up bouncing around like a complete nutter for several hours when here.

Just pray they fix the broken lift for us! We're down to 2/3 working and queues are forming as a result!

I generally have been. One of my daily activities in my old work building which from the sub basement was 16 floors was every lunch time to go down to the bottom of the stairs, run up to the top floor, across to the far side then back down the other side. There was a meeting room on the 11th floor we regularly used and I made a game of racing my co-workers from our 1st floor office to it when they used the lifts. At least half the time I beat them there, and generally wasn't that out of breath after a year or two of doing that every day.

Sadly it's not exactly fun trying to climb (or descend) stairs when wearing a fursuit (in general your vision is absolutely awful, never mind the headaches of additional appendages knocking your balance off or huge feet), so the lifts are a significant bottleneck. I'd always give suiters and those with mobility issues complete priority at the lifts.

Even though we're only on the 5th floor (was 10th last year) I was still pretty winded after making four trips back and forth to reception yesterday in a row when we were having keycard issues! I'm a lot more out of shape than I used to be.
