engine FAULT replacement needed on citroen ds4 2012[engine checklight

My wife's C4 was having problems. It turned out she parked under trees at work & bits fell off the trees & somehow got into the "fusebox" under the bonnet. This contains the engine management, but it was the fuses at fault as the contacts had been damp for a while & built up a high resistance connection.

I had to remove the whole thing & pull the fuses, which I cleaned with a brass wire brush and the connections with a very small file (a woman's nail file is ideal).

That was several years ago and it hasn't happened since. I'm not sure if this will help your situation, but it might give you an idea to start with...

Well get it diagnosed.

Then come back once you have something useful like the fault codes if you want some help. At present, it's just like saying "my car doesn't work".....

So you need to get it diagnosed properly as I said above. Do you think we magically know what the issue is? That's what diagnostic scanners are for, to help troubleshoot.

Relates to a fault with injector no 3, might need replacement, but needs looking at properly to figure it out.
