Do you have the correct code, and its input procedure?

Input the unit's 14-digit full serial number, pay the small fee, and get the code.

Band needs pressing for 5secs+.

Sorry to have to say this, but you really do need to be a tad more communicative, out of politeness to others trying to help, if nothing else.

There are many websites that offer to translate a radio serial number into its code, so you might need to explore some of them. I quoted that website, simply because it has worked successfully by several of us in the past.

Need to left the radio with the double dash line. Within 1 hour the word "Code IN" appeared!

Ok, so better than waiting 30 hours and at least you know for future reference - enter the code slowly and surely to avoid a lockout - each time the code is entered wrongly, the time increases before you can try again.

Good morning everyone, I am a very happy owner of a 1998 Xantia TCT Actica.

Currently it has the original radio that when I bought the car did not work and was blocked "----" I will try to leave it under battery for 30 hours as indicated. Can anyone confirm the radio code for me? At the dealership they found "4515". The serial number of the PU-1561 A radio is 0023731.

In the meantime I bought an identical radio but without code whose serial number is 0019595. Can anyone calculate or tell me where to calculate the code?
