Check the fan motor by direct 12v connection.
Check the fusing for the fan: relay may operate when required, but a poor fuse/fuseholder/other connection may prevent the necessary current (up to 25A) getting through.
Check fuses and connections for signs of overheating.

Presumably there is a control unit (small ecu) somewhere that takes the resistance from the temp sensor, and converts it to variable voltage or PWM to drive the fsn at different speeds. If the relay is just a simple relay, not sure how the various fan speeds are achieved.

I made 78 km with my car all day long. I looked at your comments and observed the car. As you said, the fan does not rotate while the car is running on the rolantide. However, when I turn on the air conditioner (A / C ON), the fan starts to run slowly. I tested it all day long and observed that the fan started to operate every time I turned on the air conditioner (A / C ON). Could this be data on the fault resolution?

Can the problem also be caused by the battery? Because the vehicle is connected to LPG, parking sensor is connected, rear view camera is connected, double din car is connected (KAWA? KW-3500 BLUETOOTH/USB/AUX/SD 7")

No, none of those will affect the fans.

Surely the Kawai replacement radio/CD/etc unit could affect the BSI and then possibly the aircon?

Was everything working after you fitted that aftermarket radio system and were the parking sensors also non-standard? I have assumed (maybe wrongly so) that everything has been working previously and that the overheating warning / fan issue is only a recent issue? Or have the problems only started after you fitted the radio / parking sensors etc?

first, the parking sensor is installed in the vehicle. then the radio system was installed. The last reversing camera was installed. I drove 1700 miles before installing the reversing camera. But there was no fan problem.

The usual consequences of an incorrectly installed aftermarket radio are freezing displays, battery drains, random messages like bulb failures & doors open when there not & central locking not working.
Ive never seen one affecting the cooling fan or AC system. That doesn’t mean it couldn’t happen but I would think it unlikely.
The cooling fan is controlled by the engine management ECU.

Fair enough. I raised the possibility as it seemed to me that the aftermarket equipment wasn't being considered as a cause and we didn't have information on whether it had all previously worked.

And I've also checked the wiring - although the C3 has bulb out warnings, there is no CAN wiring to the light clusters (in case the aftermarket parking sensors were a concern and wired into the reversing light wires).

Yesterday I wanted to buy a water temperature sensor. However, he did not sell genuine parts and said they were counterfeit products. That's not why I did it.
Ayr?ca bugün OBD cihaz?yla da gözlemledim. Fan ilk a?amada 97 derecede (Yava?) çal??t?. Orijinal bir su s?cakl??? sensörünü bulmaya çal??mam gerekiyor gibi.

I also observed with the OBD device today. The fan worked in the first stage at 97 degrees (Slow). Looks like I need to try to find an original water temperature sensor.
The temperature then exceeded 100 degrees, but the second stage of the fan did not work. I don't understand the source of the problem.

Could it be that having a diagnostics monitor plugged in to the OBD socket is changing the behaviour of the cooling fans?
