Blimey, that was fast! Handed as in my lever is the opposite side of the chevrons, and the catch opens in the other direction. Managed to get it open though, new kit arrives tomorrow, so a liberal application of grease should mitigate the issue going forward.

C5 x7 bonnet release catch broken
Went to open my bonnet and the catch broke so any idea how to open it after it pops open. Cheers
