HI,ANYONE KNOW IF AIRBAG MODULE HAS TO BE RESET WHEN NEW DASH AND AIRBAG+ PRETENSIONERS HAVE BEEN FITTED,AND MODULE, OR SHOULD EVERYTHING WORK OK.GETTING AIRBAG FAULT MESSAGE+LIGHT IS ON.THANKS.

the airbag ECU should be replaced if any of the airbags deploy,when the new ECU is fitted it needs to be programmed by Peugeot.

If any part of the SRS system has been deployed, The control box will need to be replaced too.
Deploying the SRS systems also destroys the control box, You cant give a 100% guarantee the control box will work a second time, there are some mighty fine electronics in that control box & the car manufactures cant take any chances with being taken to court because a SRS system failed.
