Peugeot 2008 Pure Tech

I have owned a 2008 Peugeot Pure Tech since Aug 2024 (2022 model). The sat nav worked fine for 12 months. Unfortunately it has stopped working and seems to be a problem with the bluetooth connection. It does not work with Android or Apple phones.
Any idea how to resolve?

Have you tried pairing a different phone? :)
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
I used to ride on two wheels, but now I need all four!

Hi! Try to delete the bluetooth pairing completely, then restart both the phone and the car. Try to add from begining.
Also please test apple carplay / android auto separately.If possible, connect the phone using a USB cable.If wired carplay/android auto works but bluetooth doesn’t, the problem is most likely related to the bluetooth connection.

Thanks. Tried all that. I am convinced it is the bluetooth connection. Any further advice will be great

Have you removde the 'Car' from the phone connection lists, restarted your phone, then tried to connect again?

Yes. Managed to remove the phone and then add it again. All to no avail.
