Give it a squirt of easy start or brake cleaner in air intake, try and start it. If it starts for a few seconds, you have a fuel supply issue

I opened fuel pressure regulator and cleaned it. The needle inside started pulsating when i tried to start the car and fuel came out of the hole where the regualtor must sit. I put it back in place and again tied to start the car. Noting happened.
