@richardmayer, I have a question: Are these buttons connected directly to the Smeg, or did you add any resistors? And which pins on the Quadlock did you plug them into?

Yes, the Buttons are directly connected to the SMEG. Got the Wiring from a russion forum entry:

But one important detail: The directly wired Buttons only work on a SMEGiV2. I did't get the to work on a regular older SMEG-Device.
