This unit is the MyWay system, also referred to as RNEG, made by Harman Becker.

Note that this link was reported by Easy (just two above you) as follows "Thanks for the link, but those files are a bench-recovery kit designed for reviving bricked hardware via a serial/TTL or EEPROM programmer, not a standard consumer update package. A standard RNEG R50.03 (R50b) firmware archive, typically a 150 MB–250 MB, would be a .zip file. I just thought I would let you know what that link actually is."
