What colour is the fluid currently in your power steering? Regardless I would only use LDS or DA just to be sure. Looking at specifications as best I can Pentosin CHF 11S is sort of compatible as it's synthetic (not mineral) and for power steering equipment but, like I say, go for the correct stuff.

If it's already green I would drain it out and use LDS/DA as you can't be sure that it hasn't been wrongly filled with the earlier Citroen fluid LHM which is mineral and green.
As I get older I think a lot about the hereafter - I go into a room and then wonder what I'm here after.

I don't have any inside! but are you sure the Lds or da are the correct , not LHM (green one)?

The C5 X7 is well known for the steering rack to leak fluid at the pinion seal and also where the pipes join the pinion. Have a look to see if the fluid is being lost from that area (where the steering column joins the rack) with the fluid level being low.
