Likely they are integrated into the fuse box under the bonnet. First thing to check is has it got gas in it, and is the computer seeing the pressure?

Does the a/c pump engage when energised?
Not sure about Citroën, but had problems with my Wifes Corsa, the A/C only works when the heater fan is running, does your fan work. ?

Thanks for the reply,
The pump doesn't kick in when ac button is pushed, I normally hear click like relay and pump engagement but not anymore, even the rpm don't react. The blower fan still works.

At 16 years old if it has never been regassed then chances are it needs to be done as it gradually leaks out over time.

The click you can hear is the clutch engaging on the AC compressor. As Paul says it's very likely low on gas which means the ECU won't send the signal to engage the compressor. Get it regassed first and take it from there.

Note: if it's been dry for a while the seals may have deteriorated, so if you get told that then expect it. Not sure if you can still by regassing kits from Halfords, it may be worth asking.

It was refilled when it stopped working also leak tested and came back ok but still not working, the ac workshops are very busy can't even get appointment. But YouTube said I should try changing the pressure switch which I have ordered, once it's in I will give you guys update

If it has the correct amount of refrigerant then you really need to get diagnostics read from the BSI and engine ECU firstly to look for fault codes that would disable the compressor and secondly to check the values of sensors and switches.
