Having issues with my 2012 3008 1.6 Hdi. Doesn't seem to want to regen. Usd car scanner but the soot and ash levels are not too reliable,as theash reading fluctuates. Used FAP lite as can't get the full version due to lack of developer support, FAP lite reports 675 ltr of eolys fluid in the tank but this amount hasnt dropped since we got the car a couple of months ago.
So now got a lexia coming next week. Also got a dpf clean booked which will perform a forced regen.
I think it has tried to do one but every two weeks the dpf risk of clogging warning appears. Performance is fine, not at all sluggish.

So will probably be on here for advice with the diagbox.

Welcome.
Drive your car, at a constant speed, around 45mph for 20+ minutes, so engine gets hot, then the car should do a forced regen.
The eloy tank does not have the same system as a fuel tank, ie float, it is calculated, the ECU knows how much it started with and how much it has used to give what it thinks is remaining.
If you drive a lot of short distances then it will probably use more, long distances where the system gets hot it will use less. That's why it has to be checked by diagnostic equipment every 80,000 miles.

675 litres is a lot, 3 large drums, more than the car boot volume. A full amount might be 1 to 3 litres depending on the car. Have you got the units right ?

No it's 673ml .
Been doing the longish drives at 2200 RPM. We'll see. Noticed on the fap lite app the eolys fluid has dropped slightly but u think it's like ad blue where it squirms a bit in when you refuel. Added an LED to my wing mirror so when it's doing a regen at least my wife or me don't turn the engine off.
