Ep6 5fw engine repair manual top end

Hi there I'm wondering if anyone can help me by sending the camshaft tappets removal procedure on the 5fw engine. I have attached a picture.
I need to replace the hydraulic lifters. Remove those springs etc.

You may get some ideas from watching this video which I haven't watched myself, no time!! :)

I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
I used to ride on two wheels, but now I need all four!

Thanks for the link but that is a different engine without the springs

Removing and (especially) refitting the variable valve lift springs requires a rather special tool:
