Hi I purchased a new citroen c3 4th generation 1.2 manual plus in October 2025 I have found the car to comfortable and economical it's now covered 3600 miles in April this year i received a recall notification for a software update for the alarm system no problem I thought i rang the dealership where I purchased the car and found they were no longer selling citroens but had became a MG dealership the service advisor said they were still acting as a citroen service agent no problem I booked my car in only to be told there was a 2 month waiting time which took it upto June this morning they rang and canceled the appointment till August it's a good job the recall is only for the alarm system and I can isolate the interior sensor on the dashboard i have now tried other citroen dealerships and I can't get the car rectified till August the sale of the car was great the after sales is terrible

Sadly a reflection of what many new buyers are experiencing!! 
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
