Nice one Husky :D Is that the 1.6 8V HDi hiding under the bonnet? If so, you'll find an absolute beaut of an engine.

I trust you'll both be very happy together

I think so , strange this isn't ulez free yet the bluehdi is same emission numbers just the set up which I find odd, yet a 2015 2.0hdi peugeot RCZ I once was looking at was ulez free.

My C3 Pic is. It's a bit later than your 2008 and is a Blue HDi. Does your 2008 have AdBlue?

No to be honest i personally steared away from the adblue system , for a couple of reasons , I dont drive in the ulez zones , plus didnt want the nightmare of pumps failing or the crystals problem, even though the emissions figures are the same numbers and tax price ( the ones i was looking at) just having the other system warrents no charge ,,but more chemicals being added to the fuel , I just don't get get , I understand what this adblue does and so on , I just think a small drop of this chemical drops all ulez and other charges , now if this was done in the fuel and the cars made to take it without fancy tanks and so on just image how many people would take that option and how much the wonderful mayor of London would lose

Hence why Jim , reading about the crystal problems, the pumps failing, the diagnostic problems or resetting the system and the wrong miles showing up and so on , was a big no from me
