Peugeot Boxer No Start

I have just rebuilt the engine on my 2019 2.0 Blue Boxer.

When I started the rebuild the engine did run but bottom end was shot.
Sice fitting the engine it wont start, it fires and will run for about 5 seconds then stalls, interstingly whilst it is running the throttle pedal has no effect on the revs.
I am using a Launch 129X diagnostic machine and can see that cam/crank sync is ok, fuel rail pressure is good and the only fault codes relate to Nox sensor and DPF issues which were there before the rebuild.

I am running out of ideas because of the lack of fault codes!

Any advice would be very much appreciated!
