Well im not using the 308 today due to rain the 2008 is a nice drive , im in the wood shed checking the left over winter log stock and its looking healthy so this winter i wont be killing myself doing to much more ! Thank god

Oh this car is such a nice drive , want out for a drive took the wife out we had a cold green tea iced very nice indeed plus some fuel for the car , I need to get them 2 injectors swapped out soon as the start up a couple of times was fun .... wowowowo rumble shake blahh... stop, leave it 5 seconds turn in ignition count to 10 turn key , perfect ... I think it was the well know 2 that play up can anyone remind me was it 2 and 4 , 2 cam end 4 gear box ? I do have 2 injectors that was refurbished but ran out of good weather last yr , so I will have to get this done ........... soon.

So having time I found my diagnostic box, well like an ipad thing. There's an old fault logged regards number 2 injector low pressure or sonething anyways the start up then stall as i investigated possibly turns out the fuel filter might be pulling a little bit of air in from the tear drop gasket so warrants a poke around and possible change ... watch this space.

Looking like it might be taking in air via fuel filter so a new one is on order, a teardrop gasket is the culprit they flatten over time

That's because Autodoc use DPD - Delivery Purposely Delayed

Actually, DPD are good and considering Autodoc stuff has to come all the way from Germany and has to negotiate the dangly bits of Brexit, it's really not that bad at all

4 yr back I waited 5 weeks for an order , which they did pre warn me , but as the car i was working on had other things need doing by the time they were done it was ok , everything was sorted in time for the item from autodoc .
