2020 Peugeot Expert III 2.0 BlueHDI DW10 HP Pump timing

Hello all. I am new here and seeking clarification on a job i am going to be doing next week.

Going to be doing timing belt on a 2020 Peugeot Expert III 2.0 BlueHDI DW10.

My question is, is the high pressure fuel pump timed?

I have watched a couple videos and there is no signs or mention of the HP pump being pinned and locked before removing the belt. Yet when I look online, it says that it should locked to keep it synced.

After finding TDC should I be able to pin the larger timing hole on the cam gear as well as the smaller hole which is for the HP pump?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
