Showing the date on the DS 3 display? (2013 model)

The stereo screen used to show the date in the center but since a battery-swap was performed, the only options now appear to only be the range and the station currently playing.

There was definitely a way to show the date there.

Does anyone have any ideas?

When you swapped the battery did you carry out a full BSI reset as per the procedure in the following link?

It is my friend's car.

Her local garage changed the battery.

No idea if they followed that procedure or not.

Then it may be worth running through that procedure to see if it restores the date.

We have set the date in the Menu and it saves fine.

It just will not appear on the display, for some reason.

Does pushing the button on the end of the wiper stalk do anything - ought to change the trip mpg from range remaining to trip 1 and then trip 2. On the trip ones, the car only goes up to 9999 km = 6213 miles and then needs to be reset or can be done sooner when wanted by holding in the button on the end of the wiper stalk.

If there are any buttons on the steering wheel it might give you different options to ones done via the radio menu. The handbook might help with this. If you do not have access to it then it can be read through this topic viewtopic.php?t=63210
