Ah yes, Mercedes not typically known for their quality. Back in the day sometimes they'd just slap in whatever engine was to hand

I looked and thought initially there was nothing of interest - until I spotted this 8-)

That said, I was never so keen on the graphics applied to the later ones and always preferred the earlier versions as on my '84 MG Metro and '86 Turbo Metro...

Both mine were white although my first MG Metro - in Cyprus - was black...

Straight sixes are better balanced than any configuration of 8 cylinders. The only configuration that's better than a straight 6 is a V12.

IMHO.
