Re: Pulling to left , and juddering
On my daughter's Vivaro camper van there was a pronounced pull to the left that was cured by a new left bottom ball joint on the front suspension. It was quite badly worn but had not long passed an MOT so a recent test is no guarantee it's OK.

What van is it, how many miles, year, which engine ?
Could be suspension, cv joint, steering rack, brakes, tyres - a garage might be best to check all these on a ramp since they are not always easy to check.

Stevie, you say the steering wheel jumps out of your hand. That to me points to a drive shaft, the CV joint is cracking up. Get it checked out by a small indy.
