Hello Paul,
First of all, I apologize for my English.

I have a problem with my car's media system. The buttons, parking sensors, radio, and black multimedia screen do not work in the system. Every 15 seconds, you can hear the sound of the CD drive restarting. The fuses are intact, the power supply is coming to the multimedia. I extracted the factory card and saved the configuration file. I do not know which firmware version is installed.

Studying the information about this malfunction, I decided to replace the sd card. I want to try to solve the problem by reinstalling the firmware whith version 2.77. I do not dare to use version 2.86 due to possible problems with resetting to factory settings. Please share the link to download an ISO image for 2.77.

Hi Paul! I'm having trouble with RT6 in my C4 lounge, black screen and rear camera turning on with no gear. I think that updating it's firmware will fix the problem. Can you give a link to download it? Thanks

To identify the audio-navigation system software version of the RT6 observe the following procedure:
Press and hold the "SETUP" button.
Select: Audio/telephone diagnostics ; Confirm.
Select: Description of the installation ; Confirm.
View the software version displayed.

Looks like my version is 2.11, right? I've already tried to update it but RT6 just boot into the pen drive with the newer version and don't install it. Can you teach me the correct way to update the system?

It actually says 6.2.11 which looks like a version number for SMEG+ IV2 systems. Can you post a photograph of the system in your car? Is it touchscreen?

What do you think was the holdup and cure? Or was it just perseverence doing the same thing again and again!

I think just perseverance kkkk the last time I insert the pen drive after the car is turned on, don't think this made any difference but started the install.
