308 t9 sw front spring
Im changing the springs on the front of my 308 and the replacements have one end that is flat and the other end is angled, do the springs have a specific orientation

Yes they do, the angled end is usually to fit into the strut top but when you look at the top and bottom it should be obvious which one is flat!! 
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!

I have fitted it both ways both seem wrong and when i piece together the old one it seems flat at both ends

Unfortunately my diagram resource only covers pre 2013 cars so I cannot check the parts diagram for you but hopefully one of the members with access to the later cars will help out.

If these are copy parts and not from a Peugeot dealer they might not be the correct ones. Beware that copy parts may not behave as the originals and the car height can be wrong.
