What product can be added to address excessive engine oil consumption in the Citroën C5 Aircross by removing carbon deposits and thereby alleviating the issue?

Are you sure you don't have a leak? :)
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
I used to ride on two wheels, but now I need all four!

在中国雪铁龙1.6T烧机油是通病,所以我想问问你们国外网友在不拆解发动机维修的前提下用什么添加剂来减少烧机油

The Citroën C4 in China is notorious for burning oil, particularly with the 1.6T engine. I'd like to ask our international forum members: what additives do you use to reduce oil consumption without resorting to engine overhaul?

Engine burnout in Citroën's 1.6T models is a common issue in China, so I would like to ask you, overseas netizens, what additives you use to reduce burnout without disassembling the engine.

This engine have a design problem with the oil control piston ring. The 200hp version rings is better. Try using piston ring additive that you put in the engine oil . Follow the instruction on how to use. If the clogging is not serious it will help otherwise you can try looking for stronger additive oil or replace the piston rings and seals. Always use good 5w-30 oil and change oil more frequently especially for town driving .

I'm interested in the term "16T engine", mainly because my car was built in China and has the 1.6 163 puretech engine that seems to be robust.
Do you have the exact engine type number something like EP6FADTXD?
