i looked is there a vid or certain way to reill or check gear box oil level please

I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!

AL4 or 4HP20 gearbox?
Cant remember the 4HP20 off hand but the AL4 you need to have a diagnostic tool connected that can read the oil temperature as it has to be checked when it is 60 degrees C.
You also need to add oil to check the level.
Confirm which gearbox you have & will get the exact procedure.
