The only one I'm worried about is the 'misting of oil' but hopefully the sphere ball thing at the top just needs the level topping up :rofl2:
Spoiler: show
I'm joking
Tyre is my old Activa spare that I'll put on the front to wear it out, it's 20 years old so near end of life
The brake pads have plenty of life in them but I did pre-buy some discs and pads in case they failed. I also only changed one lower arm as I couldn't get the nuts off the OSF, my neighbour has a rattle gun so hopefully that will rip them off :?: Strange how I done them both 4 years ago but the drivers tightened up whilst undoing them and I didn't want to end up with a car that I couldn't move until I get some new arm bolts and nuts sorted ...

It's taxed and insured until New Year and then I might have to sell one of the collection :yikes:

I always wiped the C5 front struts before the MOT tests to remove any light misting of oil.

C4 Picasso has a new MOT - not without considerable expense.... Was booked in for front struts / springs / mounts - which it failed on for no damping (which I knew all about). Also needed rear brakes, and had a new timing belt and front tyres whilst it was there. Not a lot of change out of 2 grand.... Nice that the rattles have stopped, and it handles much better now the front it not pitching and bouncing up and down like a drunk hippo!!

My Volvo passed her MoT on Wednesday. Only one advisory; front disks worn (but not excessively).

Well done Mick =D>

I had a pair of ball joints only last 5,000 miles and an MOT I've still got them as 'spares' in the garage as the warranty was void (DIY fitted them with my expert assistant Mrs Skull) I couldn't detect any play at all but MoT man was adamant :dunno:
