Door and window Parts diagram Citroen C5 II estate

Unread post by Sportston »

Could anyone please help me with some parts diagrams for my 2006 Citroen C5 Estate? I have tried registering on the citroen part site but cannot (It keeps coming up with an error).
I am trying to get some new window weather strips as mine are corroded and bubbled. But I don’t know what part numbers to look for. I would like to do all four doors.
VIN: VF7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]
Many Thanks
Tom

If you do not have a dealer nearby you could try Citroen Direct Parts https://citroendirectparts.co.uk/shop/p ... &model=523

Thank you Paul, but that isn’t quite what I need. I need the parts diagram so I can get part numbers to search for.

Try looking here.

My account accidentally got deleted late Dec '23, so if you're reading my posts from then or earlier and they look weird / are missing media, that's why. There's no fix, sorry.

If you're reading any of my posts with missing design files, find them on my Google drive

Excellent. Just what I was looking for. Thank you.
I notice it has two options “until OPR09165” and “after OPR 09166”. This bears no relation to my VIN.
What does this mean please?

The car RPO number is on the tyre sticker on one of the door pillars and it may be noted on the car Maintenance/Warranty booklet. It can be used to give the date of manufacture in a calculator - as an example http://www.citroen-ds-id.com/gen/Gen_Organr.html

09165 works out as 12th December 2001 so you want after this date for parts.

As Paul said, the RPO is effectively the date of manufacture. What that means in practice is that models have had features, added, removed or changed as the RPOs have gone on. Some specific parts will only work on a certain range of RPOs while others are interchangeable. It all depends on the part, car and RPO though.
