Need help Citroen Relay/Jumper 2014

Unread post by Pistapasta »

Hi all.

I need help with my campervan where previous owner has applied some modification in connection of dashboard fusebox (some wire intercepted for various reasons).
I've seen various technical manual for this vehicle but, all of these has a different dasboard fusebox and some connector seems inexistent. (See photo attached of my fusebox). Also my User Manual has rappresented the standard fusebox instead mine.

Someone can help me? I need correct fuse position and also wire connection of all connectors of the NBC/CPL (expecially: where i can find PG/PD/PF connector wire? I dont have this connector and i dont know where is)

Any help will been appreciated!

My VIN: VF7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]

Is this a camper conversion from a standard van?
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!

Previous owner has intercept some wires for room lighting and seems all wires doesnt match with connectors in technical manual.

Is the technical manual you are referring to the original Citroen one for the van, or one produced by the conversion company?

I'm sorry but, my poessl model is not longer avaible neither by manual (4Family-L model).
I have original poessl manual but seems they haven't changed vehicle fusebox.
Also fusebox i'm sure is an original piece from PSA..

I have a part of an original technical manual for x250 vehicle, all option seems correct except for fusebox, after some searches i've found this fusebox was used for 2011/2012 UK vehicles and after that it was re-used for 2016 vehicle. None of these types was described in manual.
I dont have fuse places, neither connector wiring, also in Citroen user manual they indicate old fusebox and not the fusebox in use.

It looks to me like someone has fitted a fusebox from an Opal Corsa which looks like the picture below, pretty much the same as yours. So I would suggest you research Opal Corsa electrics to find out what is what!! Good luck :)

Seems the same.
But I'm pretty sure is an original Citroen fusebox bcz, none of original wiring was modified and seems the original cabling was from italian factory.

I've found some cable intercepted aftermarket because previous owner was an audiophile and tuner in the same style of Fast & Furious (yes, this van has wires also for led bar under the vehicle, and about 30meter of audio wires. i've removed that)

What would make you think that?

Looks like the original Fiat Marelli BSI to me.

When I did a search for 2014 Citroen Relay fusebox I got plenty of results but none matched the original in the post. So I did a reverse image search from the initial post and the Corsa one was top of the results!! Hence I said 'it looks like' rather than 'it is' . Being another company that used Marelli it doesn't surprise me that there are similarities. :)

Weird, id say that image you posted is 100% from a Relay/Boxer/Ducato. You can tell by the dashboard.

Many thanks,
I will check soon if is correct!

Anytime i need wire identifier, today for searching hazzard button wire i've lost 2 hours. And another hour for finding where previous owner has connected the led bar on the roof and i'm not sure if is connected under low or high beams fuse.
