This is a video I made four years ago on how to remove the door trim of the Grand Picasso.
There’s a part I couldn’t capture clearly in the video:
Even after removing the plastic clips, the door panel won’t come off easily.
That’s because it’s still held in place by a U-shaped steel wire clip at the circular area shown in the photo.
If you remove that wire clip, the panel will come off.

I'd make the same comment about wearing protective gloves when working with body panels as I made on your dash cam video. 
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
