What year is the car?

Don't know DS5s and was hoping someone else would know. Can you post a photo of the unit with something on the screen? That may help as I think you may have an RT6 or SMEGx unit.

The photo doesn't show the unit switched on or anything on the screen to help identification but I'm pretty sure that's an eMyway/RT6 unit. Any chance of some photos of the various screens when switched?

Hi Rob,
I found this link which you can get the updates from but I have only done an older C5 which simply involved putting the new maps disc into the DVD drive and it loaded up automatically so I can't help with how to do it as this is a download that you will need to transfer to your system. The site may have an instruction sheet to go with the update download. :-D

Yes, it's an RT6. I'm out at the moment but when I get home I'll send you a PM about updates.

PM sent regarding maps.

The link that Mick posted is the official update. I note that it says "The minimum software version required to use this product is 2.86". The instructions to check your software version say to give a long press to the "setup" button and the help menu will show up. Then select "device description" and then "software." This is how it's done on my C5 X7 but I don't see a "setup" button in your screenshot. If it's definitely there try a long press on some of the other buttons such as the thing that looks like two pages of writing that's one of the segments in the large round button. Then work your way round some other buttons!
