P2291 P1199 P0087 error code

Hi everyone.

I have some error code in my car.

P1199 P2291 and P0087. My car type is Grand C4 picasso 2012 1.6 e-hdi.

Sometimes I got an another error that the 3. cylinder out of tolerace field
Is there possible that this cylinder cause this problem? Now the ignition is very hard. I have to wait 15 seconds for the succes start.

A quick search suggests there is a low fuel pressure problem - have you tried replacing the fuel filter ? How many miles/km has it done ?

2 weeks earlier I replaced the fuel filter.

We all make daft mistakes sometimes, you haven't fitted the new filter the wrong way round have you?

I think no but how can I put the filter in wrong?

Did you have the problem before you put the new filter in ? It is possible the fuel pump is worn out if the pressure is low. If your code reader can do live data see what the fuel pressure is giving as well as all the other sensors.

I remember the engine start was also with difficulty (sometimes), but I am going to check the live pressure.

Currently the idle of car is a wave a little bit. The RPM is between 810-840, but sometimes the sound of idle is louder for 1-2 seconds.

This is the pump and rpm.

I think the pressure is too low. the pressure is 700 bar on 3000 rpm.

I checked my car. There was Peugeot 308 similar engine. 1.6 blue hdi.

The pressure was 950-1000 bar

The idle speed was 764 rpm and the pressure was 273 bar

I found some gasoil on the floor panel

I heard some noise when I moved the gasoil filter cap. I checked it and the gasoil came out from the bottom of filter. I looked at the floor and I saw lot of gasoil on the floor again. I pumped the filter again. When the filter was fullfield. I moved the middle part on the filter cap and all gasoil came out again from the bottom of filter. Is this cause my problem?

Diesel fuel filters often have a drain plug that can be undone a bit at each service to drain any water. It is usually undone from on top of the filter, possibly needing an allen key or hex bit but it could be from underneath. If you have one of these then it might need tightening but if it still leaks then you might need to replace the filter. Post a picture of the top of the filter so we can have a look.

When I moved the right part a little bit. All gasoil go out from bottom of filter onto the floor plate.

The part on the right is a drain plug so moving it will drain the filter. I can not tell though how it is held tight so it does not leak. Was the old filter the same ?

Top part is same. I replaced the bottom part.

On the right side part I can move up and down a little bit. I have to check it. But my car is 13 years old and I did not have a same problem. But when i move left and right side. The gasoil go out from filter.
