I agree. I also now put Wynn's Crystal Clean in my 2015 BlueHDi 308.
Can I also say - Wow, that's expensive. I was looking just this morning on Ebay (UK) and I could easily get two bottles for that price. Denmark is possibly a bit more expensive but surely not that much. Look around. Don't limit yourself to Amazon, I seldom find things are cheaper there.

I'd be amazed if Citroen approve any additives in the adblue system at all.dave101ua wrote: 11 Jun 2025, 15:39

Re: Adblue anticrystal additive C4 Grand Picasso
They can make more money by selling new Adblue tanks when the injector fails unless they have to pay compensation viewtopic.php?t=84999.

Re: Adblue anticrystal additive C4 Grand Picasso
Adblue companies make a product not fit for use, then sell another product to try and rectify it..... All a con

Um, since when do Wynn's, and other similar companies, make Adblue tanks and injectors?

Well, there is a premixed Version from Total available for commercial vehicles which are used in harsh conditions (many stops per day) to lower the risk of crystals forming.
Its called total clearnox.

Re: Adblue anticrystal additive C4 Grand Picasso
Takes me back. I was an 'early adopter' of diesel in a car - BX 19RD no less, 1984 ish. Waxing in cold weather was an issue, particularly with trucks where the diesel filter was exposed, less so for cars but still in very cold weather we added a container of anti wax to every tankful - citroen called their version "additive anti-figeant" or somethnig. I guess now its all in the stuff that comes out of the pumps because you never see it to buy and I don't recall trucks being stranded on high passes with waxed diesel. So - yes a very very good point.CitroJim wrote: 12 Jun 2025, 05:58That Steve, is a very good point...Steve Walsh wrote: 12 Jun 2025, 05:26 They make Adblue which needs another product buying to stop it crystalising, why cant it be including in the Adblue.

Yes, the composition of diesel fuel changes between winter and summer.

I guess it'll not be available in a size suitable for the ordinary social, domestic and pleasure sort of driver... My consumption is about 5 litres/24 months!john79 wrote: 12 Jun 2025, 18:40ive seen this advertised at only 1 place here in the uk ,expensive but could be worth it in the long runmerlin667 wrote: 12 Jun 2025, 05:27 Well, there is a premixed Version from Total available for commercial vehicles which are used in harsh conditions (many stops per day) to lower the risk of crystals forming.
