An interesting enough video, ta.
A couple of weeks ago Jonny Smiff did a 'garage find' of one of the estate versions.

As I recall the car was a pain to work on and I think if they'd made more effort on build quality the SD1 would have been a nicer/better car.
In your video there's mention of the 1963 Earls Court motor show, I remember the car company's enthusiasm at that show for our entry to the Common Market, well that turned out to be the end of a lot of British (and other European) cars as the Germans dominated it.

I have posted a few videos over the last few years about the complete rebuild of Tally Ho. Now complete and preparing for her voyage to the UK to compete in the 2027 Fastnet race Leo, the owner/builder/more or less everything else, has released this 16 minute video which covers the entire process and I think it shows the very high standards that have been upheld all the way. If you have any interest at all in boats you will love this, in fact lovers of woodwork will enjoy it too.

A bit of an oddity, this one, but footage of a Jaguar on the M55 back in 1975 has come to light. Nothing unusual in that..... well this is a Jaguar aircraft landing on the M55 back in 1975
